Experienced and friendly staff.

I had excellent service. My questions were answered in detail. The price for the service that I requested was given to me immediately and before the work began, so there were no surprises afterwards. I highly recommend this company as the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. You can see that you went to great lengths to coordinate customer needs, technician progress, and report results. It's nice to see that kind of efficiency and explanation when you're a woman who knows very little about these things. Thank you Midas and those who work there.

Mack is a phenomenal talent.

The random fees that they charged me and on top of that they charged me twice. The fact that an employee broke a clip on my drivetrain and blue gear lube all over the place and left me in my car on the side of a highway with three kids. The fact that they made me have my car towed for a mistake they made. They didn't try to get me a reasonably sized solitaire.

Kayla who works in the office is very rude! ! I do not recommend this place, they have no idea what they are doing there but they think they are doing it and ruining people's vehicles more than they are good at!

I had some concerns when I took my car in for service. I told the accountant what was worrying me. When my car was placed in the luggage rack, they took me out and showed me the problems. So I got an estimate for the repairs that could be done.

Wright on time with apt and completion. I checked my rav-4 and he showed me what he found!

The service was terrible. To say that we did not tell the truth and that we damaged the glove box. We hadn't touched the glove box to fix the heater. We took it twice and it worked for a week and now it needs to be fixed again because the heating is not working AGAIN. The computer in the car says that 08 is talking. We paid over $600 to fix it and it still doesn't work.
